About Solset AI
A small team, building one thing for one industry.
Solset AI is the system a solar company runs its work on — every enquiry, design, quotation, purchase order, invoice and maintenance visit on one record. We are a small team that ships continuously. The product is global; it was built India-first, and India's own rules are built properly rather than approximated.
Five rules. This whole site is built to them.
They decide what gets built, what gets shown, and — more often — what does not get said.
- 01One job, one recordAn enquiry, a design, a quotation, a purchase order, an invoice and a maintenance visit are the same job at different ages — not six systems that have to be reconciled on a Friday. Everything we build is judged on whether it keeps that record whole.
- 02Show the product, not a picture of itEvery screen we put in front of you is the software doing the thing, with real arithmetic behind it. The interactive on the industrial page runs the same wind and steel functions the product runs. If we cannot show it, we describe it plainly and say it is not built.
- 03Never type a number the system already knowsPrices, plan allowances, subsidy slabs and storage limits on this website are read from the same code that enforces them in the app. A figure typed into marketing copy is a figure that is wrong the first time somebody changes it and forgets.
- 04Proof you can check, or no proof at allNo invented testimonials, no star ratings, no customer counts, no uptime percentages, no "+33% more sales". Our proof is working free tools, real demo recordings and honest statements about how the thing is run. Anything you cannot verify, we would rather not say.
- 05A global product, built India-firstSolset is used the same way in any country. India's own rules — GST, PM Surya Ghar subsidy slabs, ALMM and DCR flags, DISCOM net metering — are built properly and scoped to Indian workspaces, because most of our customers are there and because half-built local rules are worse than none.
Not there yet? We will build it.
No solar company runs exactly like the next one. Solset is built by a small team that ships continuously, so a missing feature is a conversation — not a support ticket that closes with “that is on our roadmap for next year”.
Tell us what is missing
A field on a form, a column in a report, a stage in your workflow, or a whole module nobody has built yet. Screenshots of the spreadsheet you are working around are the most useful thing you can send.
We scope it with you
You get a straight answer on whether it fits the platform and roughly how long it takes — including when the answer is that it does not fit, and why. A clear no is more useful than a vague yes.
It ships into your workspace
Built, tested and released into the product — not bolted on as a one-off script that breaks at the next update. Everyone else on the platform gets it too.
Already a customer? You go first.
Requests from companies already running on Solset are prioritised over anything on the public roadmap. Onboarding does not freeze the product you bought — it is the point at which we start shaping it around how you actually work.
- Custom fields & reports
- Your own workflow stages
- Industry-specific modules
- Integrations with your tools
No commitment — we will tell you honestly if it is a fit.
Your business will live in here. So here is the boring part.
Four statements about operations, each one checkable, none of them a guarantee we do not offer.

Create a free workspace, add one real enquiry and take it as far as a quotation. If that is not faster than how you work today, you have lost nothing.
