Three options, one bill of materials, and money that arrives in pieces.
A commercial job stops being one decision. There are options to compare, material somebody has to actually buy, and a payment schedule that runs for months after the crew has left. Solset carries all of it on one record — the design the customer accepted is the design procurement orders against and the design the invoice bills for.

- 01DesignThree options, one roof, one afternoonTrace the shed on satellite imagery and let the packer fill it, or place panels by hand around vents and walkways. Row spacing follows tilt through the real engine, so a steeper array honestly loses modules instead of quietly keeping them.Design Studio
- 02CompareLet them choose, and know which one they choseOptions go out on one public comparison link. The customer sees what actually differs, picks one and accepts — which creates the customer, the won deal and the project on your side rather than an email you have to re-key.QuotationsKnow Your Quote
- 03ProcureThe bill of materials becomes purchase orders, not a WhatsApp threadPurchase requests, approvals, orders, goods receipts and vendor bills — matched three ways before anything is paid, so an over-delivery or a price that moved between order and invoice is caught by the system rather than by luck.ProcurementInventory
- 04BuildWhich jobs can actually start on MondayMaterials readiness per project, against that project's own bill of materials. Free stock is shown as context and never counted as coverage — two jobs "covered" by the same forty modules are not both covered.Operations

- 06ReportAccrual and cash, and why they disagreeA profit and loss on what you invoiced, a cash flow on what actually moved, kept apart on purpose — mixing them is how a profit number stops meaning anything. For Indian workspaces, a GST summary your accountant can cross-check against.Reports
The quotation and the ledger are the same number.
One accepted quotation, split into the milestones a commercial contract is actually paid in — and the receivables view of the same job, on the same figures.

How a balance is settled
balance = total + debit notes − received − TDS withheld − credit notes
Tax deducted at source is tracked separately from cash, so an invoice paid net of TDS closes properly instead of sitting permanently short. Retention is held against the job and released when you say so.
